My friend’s dad’s band just released their first EP and its really good. The lead singer is queer and the drummer has a queer nonbinary kid. They have been working on it for a few months just recording and editing it, but some of the songs were written about 20 years ago. The band is called The Silent Screen and their EP is called Songs From The Flood. Stream it now or buy it on Itunes to support a small band.

my new dolly and my papaws urn. she has to stay in the living room until i finish my room, my mamaw says papaw can’t be buried until she is so that’s why he stays on the table in the living room.

mamaw set her right next to papaw, i miss my papaw so much it hurts everyday, they say time heals all wounds but im not sure that’s true sometimes.
