Oh, so tonight my adult swimming class started and, like, this is a beginner swim class for people who don't know how to swim or are actively afraid of being in water, and like...I "learned to swim" in elementary school, but I mostly remember clinging to the side of the pool and crying hysterically, so. Not much use as an adult. And I'm doing fine with water aerobics, I'm just not confident, you know? So I'm in this to get better and, like, not panic if I can't touch the bottom. Anyway, it was good, I'm going to have to get okay with putting my whole face in the water which is not my favorite thing, which in turn is why I'm doing this.
