keth redesign part 2 — I've decided to go with a more skeletal look and less towering height for keth's chosen form, with an emphasis on him making himself still imposingly tall with prominent fangs but very slight and thin (and there's a whole ton of reasons for that, things he both would and wouldn't admit). I also wanted to resign his true form to be scarier, more nightmarish, and bigger / more threatening that his chosen form. keth is by no means a big scary tough guy, but his true form betrays his demonness and his capability for violence and harm. I also wanted to play more with animal inspirations, going with more of a vaguely feline and/or greyhound look for his chosen form, and some kinda huge fucked up nightmare horse-inspired build for his true form

keth's true form <3 originally a sloth demon, keth learned to shapeshift to be able to engage with humans, with whom he is fascinated. this is why he created his chosen flesh form, which is comparatively much closer to human size and shape, and less frightening. as a trickster and deceiver through and through, even his true form has a mask, and it is unclear whether it is physically part of him or not. if there is anything underneath, no one has ever seen it.

technically it’s venom for ex-catholics, but yeah, you get it

I do not like it.” while keth internally says to eli: “what’s this guy’s problem, padre? do you smell or something?” in panel three, eddie and eli overlap each other as eddie says “be nice, v,” and eli says, “shut up, keth.” the next comic shows eddie and eli standing side by side, with eli reaching into his jacket and eddie unwrapping a chocolate bar as he says, “I’m not much of a church guy.” in the next panel, venom comes out of eddie’s neck to bite the chocolate bar, and eli pulls out a flask as he replies, “neither am I.” the following three images show eddie and eli with swapped outfits, where eli is dressed in a big sweaty hoodie and jeans with his hair messy and a symbiote version of keth emerging from his collar and smiling, and eddie is dressed in a tight black shirt and pants, a clerical collar, eli’s rosary and reliquary necklace, has his hair slicked back, and is holding a bible. end ID]
