Wt 277.
Stayed the course with the kickstart today but things got a little messy. Slight headache.
I did a 10 m walk video before work, a 15 minute upper body & core at work, a 20 min walk video on my break, and took a walk outside at lunch.
Then I got tired. I chilled after that. Didn't help I had an accident when I sneezed and spoiled my workout pants. Fml.
I was going to do my elliptical after work but was too tired. And couldn't really afford to have anything making me hungry.
Breakfast- Mug of bone broth & eggs
Lunch- ham & cheese slices, egg salad with mayo
Dinner- Chicken & egg
