🎂Claims: low calorie sugar that doesn't spike your blood sugar. 🎂Ingredients: allulose syrup, steviol glycosides, monk fruit extract, acacia gum. 🎂Taste: it doesn't taste overly sweet and no after taste just a burnt caramel, oh so good. 🎂Results: I do have to keep track of my sugar since I had diabetes when I was pregnant and my dad also had it. I was curios to see if this actually would work since I have a bad sweet tooth. As you can see I've used a lot of it but I made a low carb pumpkin cheesecake and this was the sugar. It tasted amazing! even my husband loved it. I decided to see if my sugar would spike after eating a piece. As you can see 1 hour after a Thanksgiving meal my sugar was 134, high I know, I had a slice of the cheesecake and 1 hour later it was 115. Having it at 115 after a cheesecake is great since it didn't go up but it went down.
