These keto cheese crisps are low in carbs and are great for people on Atkins. They're tasty, crispy, and full of cheese.
Ingredients: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Pinch of salt. Pinch of black pepper.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Put all the cheeses and spices in a bowl and mix them together. Place small balls of the cheese mixture on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each ball. With the back of a spoon, make each mound a little flatter. Heat the oven and put it in. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes. Have fun with your low-carb, cheesy snacks!
