Crabs cooked with onions, bell peppers, and a tasty sauce make this seafood dish taste great.
Ingredients: 2 whole crabs, cleaned and cracked. 2 onions, sliced. 2 bell peppers, sliced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, saut until softened. Add minced garlic, cook until fragrant. Push vegetables to the side of the skillet and add cleaned crabs. Cook crabs until they turn red, about 6-8 minutes per side. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the crabs and vegetables, toss to coat evenly. Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
