It’s cheesy, flavourful, reheats well and can be enjoyed as a side dish or a meal on its own!. . Here’s what you will need. 1 head of cauliflower 200g cooked bacon 4 boiled eggs 2 cups mozzarella 250g butter 1 cup cream 250g cream cheese Dried parsley 1/2 an onion. . Chop the Cauli into bite size pieces and steam till tender. . Boil the eggs, chop and set aside. . In a sauce pan add the onion and bacon and sauté till onions are transparent. . To the onion and bacon, add the butter, cream cheese and cream and stir till melted and combined, then add the egg and Cauli. . Lastly, add the mozarella cheese and stir till melted, placed in a baking dish and too with more cheese and parsley, bake till cheese has melted and enjoy!. . .
