Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup ground flaxseed. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 4 eggs. 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, ground flaxseed, coconut flour, chopped walnuts, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter or coconut oil, and almond milk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
