Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Add the zucchini slices to a large bowl and mix them with the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until they are well covered. To make a zucchini cake, put slices of zucchini on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Put grated Parmesan cheese on top of the zucchini slices.
