So you know how the things you obtain along the story all stay in your inventory in Lucis of the past?

Imagine the chocobros knowing that the things that appears randomly in their stuff come from their future actions, like, they know Future Them got them and that’s why they, in the past, have access to them even tho they’re not supposed to.

I noticed that if you give the Hell Cake the wrong ingredients which are hard to get to by the way since you either have traps protecting it or a battle.

The Baked Cake and Sweet Strawberry key items will damage you when the Hell Cake kicked it back to you.

Just look at the green bar or the hit points/strength bar gets reduced before and after.

It's a interesting touch that no one would have noticed unless a player was already damaged before the encounter.

This also happens during the jump rope part just look at the green bar each time you fail the jump rope.

I once saw a person play Illbleed die by strength empty with the wrong topping being kicked back at them.

I was like what happened.

Every single time I see a let's play of level 4 in Illbleed and get to the Hellcake part of the level I felt like if this game got it's Xbox port there would have been a cooking mini game with a taste mechanic randomly thrown in to spice it up.
