my personal miscellaneous headcanons for jercy (part 1/?)
(aka complementary things you can imagine while reading my jercy works 🩵)
jason
appearance-wise:
a walking marble statue. leans more handsome than pretty
his 'sky blue' eyes actually refers to how they shift in correspondence to the color of the sky above i.e. they become gray when it's cloudy, pink and yellow when it's dusk. they look blue most of the time because the sky is usually blue
has slightly elongated canines, almost like a wolf's
doesn't have much facial and body hair, so he prefers a clean-shaven look and his hair short and well-coiffed
embraces his nerdy side fully and starts dressing like one. tries out every sort of frames out there but percy prefers him wearing those wire thin ones
gravitates towards softer colors for his wardrobe, ranging from muted tones to pastels. prefers henleys and sweaters if the weather allows it. still wears his shirts a size smaller though
soft. really soft, in both appearance and demeanor that it's actually healing to just glance at him
in fact, he slowly loses his sculpted physique once he fixes his diet and stops doing his camp jupiter training so religiously :3
behavior-wise:
eats like he hasn't eaten in a whole week (a habit derived from his poor diet back in cj)
prefers working with percy in every single thing, even in things they're both bad at. like how percy felt he'd been a cyclops his whole life before meeting jason, jason shared the exact sentiment
calls percy as his name or 'perce'. pet names like 'darling' if he's feeling bold
being the champion of the goddess of marriage, juno blesses him with a knack for homemaking i.e. cooking, cleaning and tailoring and all comes easy for him percy's perfect little housewife
personality-wise:
fully mellowed out once he stopped being praetor. despite his natural leadership skills and being conditioned to take the lead all the time, he actually prefers staying back to watch everyone's back instead
sexuality-wise:
he's gay as hell but only figured that out much later. percy was his gay awakening ("i get it, nico!" or something along those lines :3)

appearance-wise:
has a face people would go to war for. leans more pretty than handsome
you can see the wavy surface of the sea in his sea green irises if you look close enough, the tiny movement a gentle sway when he's calm and an intense storm when he's mad
his eyes also have a youthful, boyish look to them even as he ages, charming people to no end. very long eyelashes that jason loves to touch
peculiarly long tongue to reach into deep crevices :P
naturally as hairy as poseidon. prefers slight stubble on his face as he matures only because shaving every day is a hassle. also tries to comb his bangs off his face (key word: tries)
gravitates towards darker colors (blue is still his main go-to). goes for leather jackets, tank tops and ripped jeans. wears them a size larger so he can share stuff with jason
really into small accessories like rings, chains, bracelets and earrings
all in all he gets rather sharp in his appearance which intimidates a lot of people. then they see him turn into a baby seal when he speaks with jason :D
behavior-wise:
can't live without touching jason. always smooching or leaning on or hugging that man. wants jason's arms around him at all times if he can. can't stand if jason's not by his side and would terribly miss him each second they're apart can't take it if he loses jason for good. jason welcomes it all, ever the touch-starved person
obsessed with pet names. prefers addressing jason with them instead of his actual name, like 'baby' or 'superman' or 'J'. calls him 'my love' when no one's around (note: 'J' as a nickname is my headcanon in reference to percy calling jason as "my boy, J. Grace" in percy jackson and the greek gods)
despite juno's blessings for jason, percy is still and will always be the better cook courtesy of sally jackson
personality-wise:
he can't bring blackjack everywhere so he gets really into motorbikes when he's older. riding one is the closest thing to flying if blackjack and jason are not around
graduated from skaterboy to bikerboy essentially. the biker to jason's nerd
the devoted type. never a day passes by without him trying to make jason smile. jokes, teasings, banters, even desperate pleas just for a glimpse. little did he know, even his presence elicits a smile from jason
sexuality-wise:
raging bisexual with a preference for blond bombshells (need i list them? well no!)
