Reimei, the Twilight Hydra Original Character - Concept Design

Reimei is the Queen of the Vessurran race, a powerful race of shape-shifting elemental creatures. There are only ten known Vessurran that exist in this side of the galaxy, Reimei being one of those few. Currently, the guardian Vessurran of the planet Axios, her abilities to shapeshift and control her magical signature makes it difficult to track her down let alone know if this is her true form.
