I have not been as inspired as this in a long while... There may be more to come...

Oh great goodness

So my dad was flicking through my sketchbook (without me knowing). A while later he sees me sketching again. He says to me:

"Oh, you know the cat you did?"

I was confused because I don't draw cats, and I didn't know he flicked through my sketchbook. He did look at my current sketch earlier, so I thought that he thought my very serious sketch of my ocs was a cat.

My dad saw my confused look and I flipped through my sketchbook, going along with it (may I point out that I have some gore and even a death in my sketchbook, which I am now horrified to think about my dad's opinion of me now). He pointed out one of my quick doodles and said he liked that one, which I was surprised and happy at. That was when I first suspected he'd flipped through my sketchbook.

I get to where I did some kh fan art and he exclaimed, "Yes, that!"

I flipped the page to where the drawing was, for the ink had went through the page. And lo and behold, the 'cat' was Brain's chirithy. And it was the page with all the frog hats.

My dad then says to flip the page back so it just showed the ink through the page. He then comments with a smile,

"I really like this. It's all fuzzy and cool."

On the side which the ink had leaked through. Not the actual drawing, the INK.

I don't know if I should be proud, offended or embarrassed...
