kairi is a shiny red flowered florges (known for protecting gardens), riku is a noivern (unbeatable in the dark), and sora is an eevee (endless potential)

(i couldnt figure out how to put a shirt on riku... also sora works like in the manga where he can evolve and devolve as needed. his most used form is probably sylveon and yes its a magical girl transformation you cant stop me)

ventus is a shiny espeon cause green (this was decided before kairi was changed to shiny let me live) and cause day/night stuff--you probably see where this is going, terras a tyrantrum because colours and also alliteration and also ALSO terrifying unstoppable rock dragon suits him, aquas an aurorus for the same reasons give or take plus it completes a set and if theres one thing i love its completing sets
