I finally managed to take time and did a full piece of art for myself. Here is Khal Corvara ♡

My curse of strahd baby range-lock. Best OC i will probably ever have ♡.

Roughly, when you marry someone you swear to love each other "pour le meilleur et pour le pire" in french (and, not or -- ou).

Khal is @xyanmajor's PC. Well. Her hand is mine in the campaign. She's engaged to the NPC.

The hands belong to Vasili von Holtz (left) and Khal (PC, engaged to him -- on the right).

Long story short, Vasili bears Strahd's soul, only his more human side. His "better" side, for what is worth. Khal is uncertain of her future with Vasili / Strahd's situation.

Hence, the better (le meilleur) ... disappearing for the worse (le pire, leaving no reflections because it'd be Strahd's hand.)

In her worse future which she had seen a glimpse of, Khal was a full-bred vampire, wed to a vampire. Hence her hands disappearing at the end as well. But she still doesn't know whose bride she was.

I wanted to play around with that idea for a while. And I knew Khal's player like drawings when only the hands are showing cause she told me once.

Something takes the shape of the person dear to Khal's heart, urging her to follow her agressive impulses.

Because I love to annoy Khal's player with redrawn memes, and I have an abnormal amount scrolling through the hannibals meme and hannibal incorrect quotes posts.

Strahd Von Zarovich. I tried something new for illustrate our campaign. ------ Used the Ravenloft Crest by Hydro74 on reddit (free to use) and one of the red moon ambiance of the book, to help me here. And yes the Ancient/The Land is kinda angry. ---------------

And then my two PCS : Khal Corvara + Kuka (Vistani ranger master beast/warlock of the Undead) and Neriel Ilinorin (Bladesinger Wizard) (I heavily used a bat drawing reference to help on the BG)

I'm still very unsure on how that freak managed to score with Khal, and avoid any punches in the face from the party. Or how he managed to be adopted.
