Cooking Workshop: Simple Khmer Dishes - Sat, 24 Oct

During this workshop, which will be held at Villa Paradisio, you will learn to make a typical Khmer starter called Tom Yum soup followed by the main course, Chicken Chakdao. All of this will be in the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. The workshop will be facilitated by the very experienced and pleasant head chef - Siny.

As a bonus all participants at the end of the workshop will be able to use the swimming pool and surrounding area for one hour.

All cooking materials and ingredients are provided as part of the fee.

Facilitator: Siny, the head chef at Villa Paradiso, has worked there for more than five years. Before that she has worked Villa Langka. For a number of years cooking has been her passion and now finally she is able to share that passion with others.

Workshop Details: Date / Time – Saturday 24th October, 10.00 – 1.30pm (Plus an extra hour for swimming)

Fee – US$50.00 for the workshop including all materials, ingredients and use of the swimming pool.

Participants –  A basic understanding of cooking is required although it does not have to be with Khmer dishes.

Location – Villa Paradiso, Street 222, No. 25, corner of Str. 55, Samdech Preah Sangkreach Tieng St, Phnom Penh
