SS!Anon: thought- if any/all of the MDZS crew was reincarnated into any iteration of KHR, I HC WWX somehow being a Hibari clan member. As in, the scary Hibari clan that is Literally Everywhere & on Both Sides of the Law even if they don't openly carry the name. See Sanjuno, Countess Millarca & Ourliazo for Terrifying Hibari Clan is Terrifying HCs. 'Coz I find it fits him. While the Lan Clan may have the similar monstrous strength, they don't really have the same 'Fuck You, I Do What I Want' 1/?

Danganronpa + Katekyo Hitman Reborn AU!

In which Neagi Makoto is a hair to the Vongola family and all the survivors are his Ring Guardians. Naegi and Tsuna turned out to be pretty similar. Also, both anime have Future Arcs with older characters wearing suits. It’s enough to create an AU. (I don’t have a Rain Guardian because Naegi didn’t save six people. Shame on you, Naegi)

Modern reincarnation/KHR AU where WWX, HC, BGH are all orphans in an abusive family & stick together to survive. They run away after one of the adults tries to take advantage of WWX, but unlike the other two WWX was reborn w/ a weak constitution so he gets sick a few months later. (Demonic cultivation kinda at fault for that.) HC &BGH resort to joining a mafia family to help take care of WWX & eventually that leads to them taking over the mafia family.

HC and LBH end up as tops and WWX thought he was one as well hence his top energy until HC and LBH sat him down, “a-xian, listen - you’re a bottom” OKAY BUT they all cant be vongola decimo so who’s gonna be who lol

Okay but what if for the KHRxDR thing Hajime has an Earth Flame and Izuru has a Sky Flame and the Kamakura project was about giving someone multiple flame types? And when Hajime accepts that he's also Izuru with Chiaki's help he gets something similar to the oath flame?

Yesss, I was thinking about something very similar!!! 

Naegi’s story would be like Tsuna’s (and that was one of the main reasons for this AU), so - Naegi is just an average guy, one day he finds out that he’s a mafia heir, learns how to be special. 

But Hinata? I rather imagine him being raised to become a mafia boss and dealing with big expectations. Everyone says that his family is powerful and Hinata wants to be the best, then the truth hits him - he is not able to use his flame. No matter how much he tries, the ring won’t burn. Hinata is ashamed of himself and it leads his family to joining the secret research project. Probably he would experience something similar to Mukuro’s backstory? Being a guinea pig for scientists studying the flames? (besides, the fact that Mukuro’s memento after the experiments is one red eye is veeery suitable). 

I also agree that considering Kamukura’s talent, using all types of flames seems to be the best for him. However, I was thinking about making Izuru Hinata’s Hyper Mode? We saw that by entering his Dying Will Mode, Tsuna becomes much more mature, strong, calm, analytical. It brings out his whole hidden potential. So maybe Kamukura can be a twisted and distorted version of Hyper Tsuna? He also uses strength that exists inside of Hinata, but because it’s somehow mechanical, fake, it becomes evil. Though I admit that I was going to make Hinata a Sky Flame user, and so his hope version from the last trial would become him awaking the real Sky Flame for the first time. But the Oath Flame is also a nice idea, especially due to his awaking being partly thanks to Nanami! Thanks for the suggestion!

The-Anon with the Munekata suggestion. Yes, I see your points there and Munekata could be a sky. But there is a thing where people have multiple Flame types. What if Munekata was a Sky with Rain flames? When he was making a new branch of Hope's Peak, it was on top of water if I remember correctly. Also, Flames don't describe personality types. Remember Squalo, Bluebell, Lal Mitch, and Colonello? They all have different skills, some have leadership like qualities. Flames are an aspect of them.

Oh, and that’s an interesting point! Of course I remember about multiple flames users (I may or may not headcanon Komaeda as both Mist and Cloud and still can’t decide which one is more likely to be his main flame). I must admit that I don’t remember that moment with a new branch you mentioned - when it comes to anime memory fails me - but if you say so then I’m gonna agree. And you know what? It would be really suitable for this AU, as multiple flames aren’t that common and Munakata using more than one ring type would raise his prestige and nicely emphasize how special he is. Fine, Munakata being both Sky and Rain is accepted as an official fact in this AU. 

On a side note, it amuses me so much that first flames were supposed to go with personality types, but Akita Amano quickly abandoned this idea and then flames had nothing to do with character traits. I mean… the Rain Guardian was said to be a calm rain keeping the group together and what did Varia do? Chose Squalo. But I think personality is a very vague but also important part of flames and can be interpreted on different levels. Squalo’s calmness is questionable yet he is the vice-commander and the person who keeps the group together. I feel it can be said about other users too (more or less, usually ^^’ But yeah, Akira Amano pretty much ignored the flame = personality thing)

KHR!AU Arcobalenos

So this just came to me.

The 7 top baristas in the world are known as the Arcobaleno, each one of them have their own speciality.

Fon is the master of herbal teas and tea's in general. He's so popular that he has opened a school about teas.

Mamon charges the most ridiculous prices for his products but since he uses only the best of the best no one can complaint.

Verde makes his own hybrid plants of coffee, some of them with horrible results but the ones that do came out good are renowed as the best of the best.

Skull is known as the death survivor, using the most exotics ingredients from all around the world he makes the most extravagant coffees and teas, but they have almost cost him his life in many occassions.

Colonello and Lal are renowed for one of the best but most dangerous coffee in the world, no one knows what it contains but if you are not careful while drinking it you can die (aka you drink too fast, add to much sugar, add too much milk, wait to long for it to cool down etc), when asked why they made such a dangerous coffee they only reply "It's a test, only the best coffee masters will know how to drink coffee, we refuse to serve anyone else"

Reborn, is the master of all the drinks with expresso, and he had never had a disciple...until Tsuna.

Aria, does not use special ingredients or knows to much of coffee but whenever you drink one of her products you can feel all the motherly love in the world in a single sip. Also, somehow she always know what you will order.
