[oddly-specific-hermit-headcanons]

As an extension on the hermit healthcare headcannon, we put together a list of what plasters each hermit would have (because you cannot convince us that they would just settle for plain plasters)

Bdubs - horses and barbie

Cub - has everybody else's plasters on rotation.

Doc - butterflies

Etho - my little pony. Specifically the background characters.

False - different types of birds of prey

Gem - medieval weapons

Grian - the most random assortment of things you would never expect (such as 3 of the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse)

Scar - unsurprisingly, Disney/ star wars. (Also a pack with Jellie faces)

Hypno - see through

Jevin - plasters don't really work because his skin immediately repairs itself when damaged so he uses the plasters as accessories (for example as a hair clip) and has one for every possible scenario.

Impulse - lots of different types of shapes in yellow.

Joe - nobody knows how, but it changes depending on who he is talking to to match their collection. If talking to multiple people, then they are paw patrol.

Keralis - depends on the season (this season would have the same designs as his Roman banners)

Mumbo - holographic sparkles

Pearl - sunflowers.

Ren - season relevant, except he still uses the ones from his 'ren the king' arc alongside the others.

Skizz - lots of different types of shapes in blue.

Joel - Racoons, Shrek themed and various pink ones that Lizzie added to remind him of her.

Tango - customised team zit (He and zed couldn't convince impulse to have them aswell, because he's been using the yellow plasters for around 15 years and doesn't want to change)

Beef - this season, he has decided to match his 80's theme, but usually he has those clear plasters so he can see the blood underneath.

Wels - reflective silver plasters, so it matches his armour.

xB - Disney princesses (with like, three times the amount of Ariel than any of the others)

Xisuma - changes depending on his theme (for example bee plasters for when he was beesuma)

Zed - customized team zit. (He and tango couldn't convince impulse to have them aswell, because he's been using the yellow plasters for around 15 years and doesn't want to change)

Cleo - Leftover types of flowers from pearl's pack.

hello! I wanted to ask if there is any chance you remember who you watched that talked about sacred geometry in relation to Minecraft? I'd love to see someone covering that subject with he game in mind!!

yes, it was from BdoubleO100! I don't remember the exact video he talked about sacred geometry in, but he approaches a lot of his work, especially his "building with bdubs" series, with that mindset. he's a fantastic builder, especially for landscapes, because he's thinking about where the leading lines and contrast and framing of the buildings work in relation to the natural world around them, just like a 2d artist or 3d renderer would.

i can't remember the video that inspired me to make the original post, but two of my favourite videos where he approaches minecraft in that style are A Tree To Remember and Light And Darkness! A Tree To Remember focuses more on geometrical scale and Light And Darkness is more about color saturation and how the eye is drawn by light. for minecraft builders, he's a great inspiration, for artists, he has some great advice, and for all others, it's just really interesting! i highly recommend him, and thanks for asking!!

Bdubs loves playing hide and seek.

He's really difficult to find because he is able to dig under the dirt and have his moss cloak look like a bush/grass. The only way to win the game is to find him and to pull him out like a carrot.

Somehow, Etho always wins.

Because of Etho recently falling back to his insomnia, Doc, Beef, and Bdubs have made an agreement to check up on him every night. And the responsibility rotates. One night it'll be Doc, asking what sort of redstone he's up to now. Another night it'll be Beef, checking to make sure he's eating enough. And of course Bdubs, who will literally drag Etho to bed if they're both being stubborn. The three don't tell anyone that they're doing this, they just are. Wouldn't want to risk another sleep-deprived, fire-starting Etho on the server's hands, now would they?

So I may have gotten a bit carried away with this, and it might've gotten a bit out of hand cough cough over 1000 words of headcannon cough cough

I'm gonna ask it in two parts.

Hermit Tea and their habits:

Bdubs - Milk with a 1/2 teaspoon of tea before bed, decaf. He gotta have his beauty sleep.

Cub - Chronic 2am tea drinker. he has an alarm set for 2 in the morning where he will get up, down a mug of tea and go back to bed. None of the others know about this except scar when he had a sleepover one time and woke up to cub just. staring. at the wall. drinking tea.

Doc - Each tea he makes is a Process. First, he must make sure the kettle is boiled to the exact right temperature. He puts the teabag into the mug, making sure it lands perfectly in the centre. Then he pours it to up the marked fill line he engraved on the inside of his mug by hand. After this waits exactly 3 minutes and 48 seconds before removing the teabag. He eyeballs the milk and has a lovely cup of tea

Etho - Just because I like making them (etho and bdubs) opposites, etho has a caffeinated cup of strong tea with 1/2 a teaspoon of milk right after waking up.

False - Builder's brew (very little/no milk). She samples every single new tea that ren brings back (I guess wait until part 2 to know what that means) and writes an essay on what each one tastes like to the extremest extent.

Gem - When she feels like having a tea, she goes foraging in the woods for various things to add to it. She boils it together in a big pot and invites lots of hermits over to have a big tasting session. 9 times out of 10 it goes wonderfully, everyone loves the tea and has a wonderful time. The other time? We don't need to talk about that.

Grian - He drinks decaf rooibos (can you get caffinated rooibos? i assume so) because he likes the way the name sounds. (decaf because parrot. Have i applied hybrid logic to anyone else? no.)

Scar - He has iced tea. With little hotguy-emblem-shaped ice cubes.

Hypno - The tea fuels his hypnosis powers. Without it, he can only stare intently into your eyes until you feel pity and do what he says. With it, he is unstoppable.

Jevin - I don't have any information on what kind of tea he drinks, but when he just needs the caffiene and not the flavour so much, he doesnt really 'drink it' . Its a lot more convenient to just absorb it into his slime and feel the energy. Maybe he should use an energy drink, but he likes feeling warm.

Impulse - His tea is hotter than than the surface of the sun. Literally. It doesn't scald him or anything. Tango has tried it and had to run to water despite being heat resistant.

Joe - Drinks decaf, but still gets a caffiene high. Why does this happen? nobody knows, thats the Joe Hills difference

This is my first headcannon submission, so as a tribute to it, I shall henceforth be known as the tea anon :)
