As it becomes part of a routine most animals become more accepting of it, one thing that can help is trying to plan on doing it when your pet is tired, playing very hard and tiring the pet or giving it a bit of a sedative (please talk to your vet about this method, it can be done with no harm to your pet but if done without proper research and knowledge can have lasting effects) also the harness is good, and consistently having your pet where it can allow it to know what to expect

I’ll be honest I get this, I have averaged moving once a year since I turned 17 and it feels wierd to call a location home and think about living in a place for years. I’m already planning my next move

I’m exactly the same. I get so antsy after like two years I’m like I gotta get the hell out of here haha. Good practice if I ever become a fugitive. Also kinda sucks though cause I feel like I’ll never be able to own a house because I won’t be willing to choose one location and stick with it. I’ll get bored.
