Martial Arts Instructor Alex Jacquemin teaches KI-Coaching in Brooklyn

After spending many years in karate dojos centered on combat and competition, twelve years ago, Alex began exploring the therapeutic aspects of martial arts.
After assisting Georges Zsiga, one of the greatest European fighters of his generation, for ten years, Alex created KI-Coaching, which reconciles the science of martial arts and the development of an individual’s physical and mental capacities by maximizing a student's energetic, physiological and intellectual potential through an athletic and artistic practice rooted in traditional karate and a variety of innovative exercises.
