This in only a Small Portion Of The Amount Of People here today. My Country New Zealand has almost 5 Million people and I can tell you that there’s a Solid Million and More people here in the Capital City Having a Vigil for all the Victims Of the act of Terrorism against our Muslim People. Our Friends. What more amazing that this in only one of the Many Vigils taking place across our country for the next week. There are so many people showing their support and Love for the Muslim Community. The thing that makes me smile the Most is that these crowds are larger than Donald Trumps Inauguration crowd- That shows that there is so much more support for Love and Religion than there is for White Supremacy and that is such a good thing. To the Muslim Community I hope you see this. I hope you know that we are here for you. We Care. These were our People and we do not forget their names. Praying for The Victims. Praying for Peace. We Love You.

We did not choose this act of violence, but our reaction becomes the world we will live in today. ‘Us versus them’ is artificial, damaging, and distracts everyone from the actual issues hurting everyone. Rather than mirroring destructive aggression, I hope we choose to respond with a wave of compassion, community, and embracing the cultural diversity that flavours this planet. This is so dope that these kids are so in touch with their roots. If you don’t know what a #haka is, it’s a ceremonial dance in #Maori culture which traditionally they do in preparation for a battle. It’s really cool, today people do this at parties, weddings, games, etc. If you’ve never seen one in person I hope you get to! I'm sorry - sorry to everyone who lost someone that they loved, someone that should of come home tonight safely. I'm sorry to the kids that lost parents and the parents that lost kids. I'm sorry to the people who lost their lives while living in a country that they thought was safe (and should be safe for everyone).

Today I was at university - I study law in our capital city - Wellington. Living my life like normal: reasonably carefree, happy and safe. Perhaps a safety that is easy to take for granted.

This evening I've come to the conclusion that I'll probably remember this day for ever and I think this day will change my country - New Zealand forever.

I hope any scum that share similar views as the monster that attacked those people today sees how New Zealand is reacting and knows that that behaviour is unacceptable and has no place in our society - today or any other day.
