Okay so since I was in the car all day (for day 6) I took that for my rest day. Then today after I went to the Magic Kingdom I did the kickbox + butt lifting.
5min Workouts (day 1 and 2)
Kickboxing was great! Butt lifting was a bit more difficult, but I did it.
Day 6 & 7 - 5-Minute Workout, Day 1 - 10 Minute Aerobic
5-Min Workout
Day 6 - Rest Day
Day 7- Kickbox Blend & Butt Lifting, & Day 1 - 10 Min Aerobic - My body is sore & I'm sweating like crazy but I feel amazing!! Whooooo!!!! :D
