Deadpool challenge- Tues June 28
Deadpool Challenge 573 Calories total Started a long stretch with the muscle ball, and ran for 5 mins. Had a wardrobe malfunction- Shoe untied-(115 cal). Got back on for another 10 minute run (130 cal). Then switched to Circuit Training (328 calories). Feel good though tired. On to making dinner and finishing the day. Day one of no meat or cheese. Can't eat milk products anyway so already good there. Maximum Effort given. Beeteedubs the weather is very hot and so hot in the gym that it really slows me down.
