Deadpool challenge-Sat August 13
Back for sure! Was doing great, even with no coffee in the morning. Just had a recovery shake and wasn't actually hungry but got tired after an hour plus. So jumped on the treadmill. Walked it out til finally hit a good song. Doesn't the treadmill have a fit and drop my speed to walking. So I went to the next one over and was doing a great run, when the fucking power went out on the whole place. Fuck me - I was on a roll but it just wouldn't be. Deadpool Challenge 573 Calories total Started a long stretch with the muscle ball, and ran for 5 mins. Had a wardrobe malfunction- Shoe untied-(115 cal). Got back on for another 10 minute run (130 cal). Then switched to Circuit Training (328 calories). Feel good though tired. On to making dinner and finishing the day. Day one of no meat or cheese. Can't eat milk products anyway so already good there. Maximum Effort given. Beeteedubs the weather is very hot and so hot in the gym that it really slows me down.
