in @rutobukaisdead stream tonight the scenario that Fíli and Kíli would dress Frodo up in full royal garb, give him a crown and let him do their royal duties when they wanted to slack off. only that this one time they had all their duty's because Bilbo and Thorin had snuck off to have some fun (or they were in mirkwood for something diplomatic? cant remember).
so Frodo was king for a day. he was a surprisingly good regent.
