Tord’s a scientist and an inventor. I wholly believe as a kid, he would immediately take note of Tom’s eyes and ask him all sorts of questions Tom wasn’t able to answer because Tord was speaking Norwegian. I think that factors on how they became close friends as kids before slowly splitting apart in highschool.

And I noted it was made by Jackie. Now I know who that is, she was an artist on Eddsworld (Don’t remember if she’s still there)- BUT

What if:

I wouldn’t put it past Edd to trick Tom into hating Jon!! I don’t think they ever explained why Tom didn’t like Jon other than, “He’s the nicer you!” So what if Edd, because he doesn’t like Eduardo, didn’t like that he was the only one with a rival?
