Bobby had to admit, if this was ‘the future’ he was sorely unimpressed. Where were the flying cars? The teleportation devices? Why wasn’t everything chrome!? Spongebob would be ashamed. Plus he couldn’t find any of the others at all! Had they gotten through okay? Were they all stuck somewhere else? How were they gonna find him? And (most important) what the hell was he gonna do now!? 

Unsure and trying to take a minute to plan he’d plonked down on the edge of a small stone wall and was watching people go by. Oh wow! A guy who looked to be about his age was coming past with a metal arm! See, now that was some badass future stuff he could get behind. The guy caught his eyes and Bobby grinned and waved, it never hurt to be friendly.

“Hey! Nice to meetcha! Gotta just say, your arm is so cool dude! Dunno if that’s like a faux par or anything but seriously, just awesome.” he kissed his finger tips and blew, “So, cool dude, don’t suppose you could do a guy a favour? I’m looking for someone, bald dude, probably in a wheelchair? A professor?” Honestly Xavier did so much good he bet everybody here knew him, it shouldn’t be too hard to find him. “Oh! I’m Bobby by the way,” he added, “Hi.”

When: Present Day Where: District X - Entrance With: Nathan @kidcable​ 

Foggy was driving them back himself, just to be safe. It wasn’t that he didn’t trust the van drivers, but he knew that some particularly bigoted cops were gonna be irritated he’d thrown their cases out before they’d even gone to court. So he’d offered the four mutants who’d been in the wrong place at the wrong time a lift to the safe haven of District X. 

He approached the entrance and was let inside, having a history of helping them before the District was erected meant he was trusted to come and go. “Okay folks, we’re here.” Foggy stopped the car and the four hopped out, a few family members already waiting for some and watching them embrace made his heart turn to mush. “Aww, isn’t that nice?” he asked a young kid nearby, “Great when the law works like it’s supposed to huh?”

When:  Present Day Where: Star City - SCPD With: Nathan @kidcable​

Foggy had been working like a dog the past few days, the undoing of the hero ban (while something he agreed with) had left all justice avenues of the country scrambling to sort out what was and wasn’t any longer enforceable and prosecutable. For once, Foggy and Jim had put aside any and all snark... or at least he had, Jim didn’t tend to snark much, and focused on just trying to get ducks in a row. And that was before they even considered thinking about opening communication channels with heroes in the city. 

‘Mr. Nelson, a young man’s here to see you, Nr. Nathan Summers.’

Foggy made a face of confusion at his secretary then quickly ran a hand through his hair, oh yea, the young guy from District X with an interest in law. He had said the guy was free to visit him. And besides, he could use a break from this madness. “Thanks Becky, could you send him in please?"

Moments later Nathan was led inside and Foggy smiled at the younger man, “Hey, s’been a while. Did you survive that madness okay?” It had effected so many people.
