On September 15, 1984, the cartoon "Kidd Video" premiered. Trapped in the animated world known as the Flipside, the Kidd Video band had to go to Electric Avenue in Neon City to stop a plot by Master Blaster and his Copy Cats using speed manipulations as well as rescue pop artist Lionel Richie.
