Jealousy is one of the strongest emotions that can motivate vicious revenge, murder and can even breed wars. Everyone is susceptible to jealousy in many forms, whether it be sibling rivalry, or envy of a co-worker. The strongest and most recognizable form of jealousy is found in romantic relationships. No one exactly knows the cause of romantic jealousy; it manifests itself in many different ways and has been covered extensively in much literature.

Jealousy is the emotion that typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over an anticipated loss of something that the person values, particularly in a human connection.

We think of jealousy as a single emotion, but actually it is a whole bundle of mix feelings that tend to get stumbled together. Jealousy can manifest as anger, fear, hurt, betrayal, anxiety, agitation, sadness, paranoia, depression, loneliness, envy, coveting, feeling powerless, feeling inadequate, feeling excluded.

But when this familiar experience in human relationships gets out of control and jealousy controls you, you can never imagine what you can do or what you did only after such a horrific reaction.
