Overview:

Killing Kittens is an international organization that throws upscale masquerade lifestyle parties around the world. They are especially big in London, and are just getting started hosting events in Chicago. Tickets are expensive ($300 per couple), and there is an age limit of 50. You must apply to join the group on their website, and they pride themselves on being very exclusive.

Pros:

Free drinks (though I’m not sure this is typical of Killing Kittens).

The venue was upscale and nice, small and intimate.

Cons:

Expensive.

There was a small turnout, only about 10 couples.

Despite there being a few beds, no playing happened. Most people stayed fully clothed, and it was more a like a vanilla social gathering.

The party was nothing like advertised.

It was supposed to be a masquerade, but nobody wore their masks.

It was supposed to be “Chicago’s sexiest elite”, but it was just a typical cross-section of the lifestyle community. Some attractive, some not, most in the middle.

It was supposed to be unicorn-friendly, but it was only couples.
