Did my workout earlier but needed to food shop so not getting to post until now. I can really feel the difference when my body is forced to do the dreaded cardio. I'm not going to lie. I have the habit of letting my excuses get in the way and usually stop about 10 seconds from the time they stop to rest. Why? Bc i GET in my own head as I'm sure a lot of you can relate. Today I pushed as hard as I could. I did cardio fix extreme and dirty 30 extreme. Now I read I shouldn't do 2 workouts bc of muscle burnout. Have you heard of this?? It's a real thing! When you are doing extreme workouts for too long a period of time your muscles get fatigued and even burnt out. You are more susceptible to injury when this happens.
