Did you hit snooze this morning?? ⏰ No matter if you’re a night owl or early riser, I want you to start each day with the most energy possible! One of the main ways to do this is by NOT hitting snooze! 🙅 Studies have shown that in order to actually feel more “rested” after hitting snooze, you’d need to go back to sleep for at least 50 more minutes.
