Opposites attract, but it's one-sided yaoi

I've been meaning to explain a bit of their lore or relationship

Thing is, my guy is an ISA soldier, basically on the opposing side. So supposedly, he ran into Radec somehow, maybe when Radec was trying to get the codes or this would be before killzone 2. (which this seems more reasonable)

Either way, Andrés fell for him, whether it be a strong admiration or infatuation. This guy would actually leave the ISA for this man, knowing it cost him dearly. (But he didn't, instead only keeping it on the DL)

Radec does see potential in him due to his fighting and weaponry skills, often considering recruiting him to their side despite his blood belonging to the enemy. (Though a negative side he sees is how sneaky, condescending, and scandalous he is.)

This is a type of toxic romance between the two where Radec would use him to his and his planet's advantage, and Andrés? he would willing give up everything just to fall under this intimidating, ruthless leader. If Radec were to reciprocate any feelings, it would be rare, like finding a planet full of diamonds in the vast emptiness of space.

In another way, I made Andrés to be some type of lovesick puppy while also being a fearless and ruthless soldier for the ISA. He's basically the intel guy for them in a way. What I mean is he would go out and scout some intel the helghan have and report it back. How does he manage to stay hidden? I have no idea other than say excellent skills. But his vulnerability for Radec is what makes him weak and an easy target. So often or not, Andrés would be reporting his intel from the ISA directly to Radec.

I genuinely love them sm even if it doesn't follow lore of killzone 2 as much
