My legs are on🔥🔥🔥 I just crushed 60 miles with 2500ft of climbing around the Coachella Valley. What a fun challenging ride the last 15 was a major mental game just had to push through that deep leg burn🔥. Thankfully I brought a super lightweight camp chair that only weighs about 1 lb so I was able to kick back and lounge for a bit to let the lactic acid build up disapate out of my legs and give my back a break. Definitely saved me so I could make it the last 13 miles back home. This is my longest ride I've done in over 8 years! All on my trusty steel single speed Kilo TT 48X17. I just crushed another solid 23 mile ride out into the depths of the 🏜️ this afternoon. I'm at 77 miles of riding this week, I just need one more 23 mile ride & I will hit my goal of 100 miles this week. I am feeling stronger than ever since my hernia surgery more than 5 months ago. I am very grateful to being fully functional & working on my core strength has been a great challenge these last few months.
