depends on the verse really however even as a doctor he has very questionable morals , therefore he has quite a body-count especially in one piece however you can say that it is over 30 people with ease.

13. How much pain can your muse withstand? For how long?

as he has congenital insensitivity to pain ( CIP ) he lasts longer than most people however it depends on the injury and situation since due to this condition if something is broken he doesn’t react to the fact sometimes injuring himself worse in the process. that being said torture or physical one is not something that is effective on him.

after all we are talking about a man that has successfully done surgery on himself without anesthesia.
