My first attempt to do doodle. Btw, Phem, I bought already the stuff you are using when you doodle. Hope I can be as good as you in time.
P.S. Someone helped me out doing this. Thanks, Kim!
Coffee Date plus Doodling
Yesterday was a blast! As I try to look back to all the events that occurred, it seems like a blur... But I'll attempt to recall those important details that Kim and I did yesterday.
Kim and I decided to meet up in Festival, Alabang. Since I have money already, I planned to give a little treat for myself by having my toenails pedicured. It was really nice to be one of the first few persons to hit the mall. I was the first customer. The place was really serene and peaceful that time. Only the instrumental music can be heard. And as I had my pedicure, I read Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. I waited for Kim to arrive. But no bulky and Korean-looking guy arrived. After an hour, I already paid and went out really pissed off.
To spare you from all the rants and complaints I had yesterday, Kim arrived, 2 solid hours late. Supposedly, we are going to meet up 10:30 AM. He came 12:30 noon. Pfff... But I tried to control my feelings. After all, he dispensed a valid reason why he was late. And first thing he did when he saw me was he complimented the odd color of my toenails. :) (But I know in my mind, it was just BOLA.)
We had lunch at Bonchon. We went to the FX terminal going to Tagaytay afterwards. Here are our pics taken when we were in the van.
Sorry for our pathetic attempts to look cute. :)
Kim and I (since we are ultimately addicted to coffees) went to Starbucks. I think we went to the old one near Leslie's. And here's what we did...
Kim tried to make my doodle nice. I asked his help since I dunno what to do with the white spaces.
Of course, I had my selfie. Hihi.
And continued reading this book...
As we rode a jeepney going to the FX terminal, Kim (food lover, hahaha) saw calamares being sold. We went down then and ate for just a few best tasting street food. :P
We had dinner at Racks in Festival.
It was really tiring yet memorable memento in my life. :)
A Date with Only a Few Money in our Pockets
Today is one of my most awaited days this sembreak. Today, I pictured out that Kim and I will be very busy of the things I planned to do. Last night, I scribbled on my notebook the places to go and things to buy. Little did I know that what I enthusiastically planned the night before will not be followed.
I admit it. I'm not a fan of spontaneous and unplanned dates. So initially, I was mad and frustrated.
6:30 AM, I went to withdraw. It's the 29th so I know it's payday. I had to get cash since I don't have already. (I'm quite a spender.) I only got 150 in my wallet. When I checked, I literally said the f word. And I think, you know what news I got early in this morning.
My mind really said as I trudged back to the place where Kim is waiting, "How can I go to Manila with the money I only have?" (Btw, Kim's also short this day 'cause he has a kind heart :P And I don't have to elaborate on that...) I informed Kim of the great news I had. I was thinking he would cancel our plans.. But he said we will push through with it.
In the bus, we counted how much combined money we have. I got 150 (bills) and 70 (coins). He had 70 (bills) and 100+ (coins). I was worried if we can still go home with the amount of moolah we have. But as usual, Kim is always looking at the brighter side..He said we CAN. :)
First stop: PRC. I need to get my license 'cause supposedly I need to claim it after three months. I applied for my license last May. Kim and I only stayed there for I guess one hour. Then off we go.
Second stop: St. Thomas Square. We went there to check if I have cash already. None. So we decided to go home.
We planned to ride a bus in UN. As the jeepney stopped in front of Luneta Park, Kim grabbed my hand and said we could have a date in Luneta. *blushed* So, instead of going straight home, we had our third stop.
Third stop: Luneta Park. Our date was more of walking. We checked the Philippine Map making funny comments about the abbreviated word Is. (I thought there's a certain place as, I can't recall the name *First word* and then Is) Kim said it was *First Name* Island. :) Oohh. But I know the abbreviated form of island, it's just that the one there in Luneta didn't have period at the end. :(
Since I get tired easily, I ask if we could just sit. We talked about things; made "pacute" with each other; took picture.
Fourth stop: Mang Inasal. I was really tired (maybe because of the humid weather) plus hungry. So Kim ordered, paying a lot of coins to the cashier. At least we still got money. Hahaha.
One thing I learned today is we really don't need a huge amount of cash just to enjoy a date. We just need each other's company; the laughter, teasing, kisses and hugs.
Tomorrow, we are off to Tagaytay to spread love... :)
Love doesn't mean that you have to be similar... It's about understanding the differences; complementing each other's lacking and being patient in times of misunderstanding.
Acting like a drunk = hilarious; taking care of a drunk = horrendous. Just like making fun of ugly people = hilarious; being ugly = horrendous. #mylife

Golden Skates
A lot has happened Saturday in Golden Skates when I went with my girlfriend and her friends. Before I was able to go with her, it took me a couple of hours to convince my parents to let me go. Around 7PM we went to Golden Skates and I even told her that I didn't know how to skate. It was my first time skating and I already knew that I would be falling a lot of times. I used in-line skates and they felt really weird when I put it on. When we went to go skate, she and her friends had to teach me because I would keep on falling. It was pretty funny and embarrassing that I fell. After trying to skate we went to get some food and talking. We went back to go and skate, but that's when things started to get saddening. She was talking with her friend so I didn't want to interrupt and just went to skate for a bit more. Maddy went to me to help teach me how to skate too and she noticed that I didn't put the skates properly and was loose. We had a little chat about some things and I noticed that something was troubling Kim. So I went to check it out and her friend, Bailey told me to go and talk to her. When I was about to go her friend Maddy took her hand and they moved to a corner. I was really sad and confused because I had no clue what was happening. Bailey and I followed after them and we sat down. Kim was crying but I couldn't do anything but watch. It was really sad to see her cry. Maddy signaled me to come closer and hold Kim's hand to help comfort her. After some time Maddy got up to tell Kim to go and skate, but Kim didn't want to get up. So Maddy went in front of her and said that she would kiss her if she didn't move. Maddy moved and I went to try to get her to move and I also said that I would kiss her if she didn't move. Kim just had this cute stare in her eyes and this smile that was telling me to do it. I was kneeling down like how a guy would propose to girl and I went for the kiss. Her friends Maddy and Bailey left us alone together and went to skate. Kim felt a lot better afterwards and we just cuddled in the corner. She told me what happened and I was glad that I was there to make her feel more comfortable. After awhile we decided to go join her friends again at the table. Then we went to go skate once again and I was glad that I didn't fall once during the last couple songs.
What an amazing day :D
Today I spent the day with my girlfriend Kim. A lot has happened today and it was quite hilarious. At first people were surprised that I have only talked to Kim for 1 day and the next day we are girlfriend and boyfriend. They even asked me if I have seen her yet, but I replied "We were supposed to go see each other yesterday, but we will later today. I have skyped and webcammed with her though". They all had these thoughts that it was sketchy and stuff even that I was going to die or something . All I said was "I am going to see her :D". I was texting her the whole day and we were both excited. After school I went home to just relax since the time we were going to meet at was 4. Around 3:35PM I left and walked to Bankhead, where we were going to meet at, and it took about 20-25mins just to get there. I got there at Bankhead around 4Pm and she arrived at 4:30PM. First, we just started to talk. I have to admit I was nervous at the beginning and we did have those short awkward silences for a bit. Then, we started talking more and more. When it started getting cold we decided to go to Nestle. We were the only ones there at the time and we sat on the couch next to each other. I told her that I had never had a girlfriend before and she didn't believe me. It took some time to convince her and she felt really special about it xD We then started taking funny pictures together, but I refused to actually do one because I would look weird. I ended taking funny pictures and it was really funny. Her mom texted her at 6PM saying that she had to go. So we went out holding our hands together and when we reached the top front steps of the Bankhead we hugged and kissed. I then proceeded to walking her to her mom's car and that was the end of our date for today.
