Tuesday, March 17th - Joe + Kimberly Mimran
Yesterday was the first day of Toronto Fashion Week and I am back working for Fashion Magazine shooting runway shows at the main tent at Nathan Phillips Square. Yesterday I photographed the David Dixon Barbie themed show, as well as a VIP party at Holt Renfrew showcasing five young Canadian designers including Greta Constantine whos shows I have photographed at CiRCA the last two years they had them there. Here is a photo I took at the Holt Renfrew party of Joe Mimran and his wife Kimbrly. Joe is the designer of the clothing label Joe Fresh, and Kimberly is the designer behind Pink Tartan. Both of their shows last season were packed and I imagine both of their shows this week will also be the same way.
