new kin help blog

hey there kinners of tumblr! there are a lot of kin help blogs on tumblr and this sure will be one!

i'm bunny, and this is my stand-alone kin help blog! i currently don't have a true kinblr, but am on instagram as cityofchains!

on this blog i will take requests for:

i am comfortable with doing most sources even if i do not know them (typically will look at the wiki page for the kin in request if i'm unfamiliar with the source!) but these are some that i absolutely will never do:

-killing stalking

-south park (personal preference, sorry!)

-american horror story

other types of requests i won't do:

-anything involving inc-st p-dophilia, or r-pe.

-heavy eye strain, or when i do stimboards; rapidly flashing images

-anything involving dirty water or flood damage.

Reminder that requesting readings from diviners online is dangerous and opens you up to manipulation and you should only do it with people you trust. Request video/images of results. Read the information about them. Ask what deity/spirit the information comes from. Ask for information about the spirit. Look for warning signs (providing unrequested information in readings, etc). Or just don't do it and use a pendulum yourself (you can literally use a necklace as a pendulum) because thats also going to be far more likely to work if you perform readings for yourself due to the ideomotor phenomenon. Download a tarot app and use card meanings from online. Look up other methods of divination you can perform with minimal effort and equipment (like shufflemancy which is literally putting your music library on shuffle and drawing meaning from the songs that play). Don't endanger yourself.

not really a request but how do you do those kin pendulum readings

I’m just curious honestly

i own a pendulum! im a beginning reader so im not the most experienced, but i got my pendulum off of etsy! i only have one, but many use several different ones for their readings. my pendulum is made of rose quartz and moonstone beads.

a pendulum is a rock, crystal, trinket or item tied to a string, chain, rope, etc of some kind, that is used for divination or just getting an answer. the way it moves gives an answer of yes, no, maybe, ask later or more. it can be about anything! even something as little as a string and a needle.

when you ask the pendulum a question it will either swing back and forth, side to side or in a clockwise or counter-clockwise circle. if it doesn’t move then the pendulum either doesn't know the answer or is unwilling to give you the answer at this time. give it space and time or try rewording the question. usually, if the answer to said question is “no,” the pendulum will swing from side to side. a back-and-forth movement generally means the answer is “yes.” if the pendulum swings in a clockwise direction it means "yes", a counterclockwise direction means "no". this is not the same for every pendulum though, so bonding with your pendulum is important so that you are both on the same page.

i haven’t been using pendulums my entire life nor have i worked with divination my entire life, so im not an expert! please remember that! the answers come from the pendulum, NOT from me. there are times that the divine do not want to answer your question and give me a “maybe” or an “i don’t know” or maybe it won’t swing at all. it could give me a very weak “yes” or a very strong “no”. in the end the answer you go with is not my devision. i am simply speaking for the pendulum. what you do with my answers is up to you. the pendulum will not be 100% correct all the time either because it’s more complicated than leaving it up to fate, you are responsible for what you do in the end.
