Here are affirmations you should tell yourself every day: I am safe, I am grounded, I am secure in my body, I trust the process of life, I am supported by the earth, I belong here, I have everything I need, I am stable and balanced, I feel at home in my body, I am deeply rooted, I trust myself, I am connected to the present moment, I release fear and embrace security, I am strong and resilient, I stand firm in my foundation.

Even if those things don’t feel true, you’ll strengthen and manifest your root. You will be okay. Sorry, this was more of an intuitive reading than a pendulum one. I hope it helps <3
