Condit, Milne, Whidby and Walnut Bend SPARK Parks Dedicated
Lauren Griffith is proud to have been creating SPARK Parks in Houston since 1984. These parks on school grounds are open to the public after hours, giving families in park desert areas access to much needed open space.
