“Hey F-Friiiiiiiyour not Frisk.” Quick and consecutive blinks were given. They looked like Frisk- at least at first glance. Or maybe Kid was racist and thought all humans looked alike. Who knew.

Penny walked out of the store in Snowdin, munching on a cinnamon bun. She’d been pretty hungry after walking here from the Ruins so she was pretty happy to see a store that sold food. She looked around at the town, just having a look as to who was around.

“...Wow!...You wouldn’t happen to be a human would you? That’s really funny! Because I thought all of you were suppose to be...Up there!”
“Oh well! No since trying to find answers! Pleasure to meet you! Names Flowey! Flowey the Flower!”
*And you are going to be my new thing to torment.
((I think maybe the sound-making orbs in waterfall are supposed to be sounds from the echo flowers lining the path? if you call undyne in that room (or a room near it i think) she says she doesn't like that room because all the echo flowers kept talking at each other until they ended up exchanging garbled messes. not sayin' i'm 100% sure this is what they're supposed to be, but i think it's interesting??))
((Oh neat!! That’s cool info, thank you! ;v; ))

There had been all kinds of rumors circulating the underground. The King was looking for a new wife, Shyren was holding a super secret concert, the entrance to Temmie village had been found... But those were just rumors. One, however, seemed to spread far too wide and far too fast to be just whispers from some monsters wanting to stir up trouble.
A human had fallen into the Ruins. They'd survived whatever tumble got them there, and were currently trying to manuever their way out and toward the barrier. They would have to go through Snowdin.
But first, they would have to get through Papyrus! He'd been preparing for this day since he was just a baby skeleton; all of his training lead up to this, all of his puzzle preparation and cooking practice. He was almost too excited to stay quiet, wanting to yell into the cave's ceiling that he was going to catch a human, he was going to do the unthinkable, he was going to be a royal guard after this, for sure! He was...
Currently standing outside his post, nearly vibrating in his excitement. Papyrus had been doing that for the past few days, all while hoping that the human would finally come. He'd been let down every time. Speaking of being let down, he squinted through the snow that was falling, making out the steadily approaching shape of his brother, no doubt leaving his post to go hang at Grillby's. Letting out an irritated huff, he walked toward the shape. "Sans! We have to be on high alert! The human could-"
That was not his brother. That was not any monster he'd seen before, actually. Was it a monster? Did Papyrus even know what a human looked like? No, he didn't. But still, he stopped in his tracks, looking down at the small stranger a few feet ahead of him.
