i been seeing a lot of stuff about comic book stores and how they aren't being all that accepting of girls (or just generally being bad quality stores) so i'd just like to give a shout out to kingdom comics here in birmingham for being awesome and helpful and just being a generally pleasing place to be

I'm going to Kingdom Comics tomorrow for the Labor Day sale

aaaaaaaaaaaand I'll be going back Wednesday to pick up some of the DC new 52 #0 books.

I want to go before three but I can go after like 430 too

I may buy some issues but I think since I'm just now getting back into comics I'll buy a few GN's and reestablish my pull list.

Bath time was awesome because I got home from the convention smelling like the ass end of a garbage truck. I don't know how not to sweat in Alabama heat, especially when stairs are involved. But overall I had a great time.
