I read a lot of negative review about it, and I was really scared to read it. But this proved to be my fabourite read of the year so far. Janella's writing is beautiful, magical. She took time with the story, thickening the mystery with every chapter. All of the mystery will unfold in the second book. I like this kind of style. I loved the slow building romance, like other books it was not instant heat and falling in love with just a glance. It felt more real, complicated. I am starting to read the second book right away.
