faeries, elves and big ol unicorns oh my--

here's some more character sheets for our fantasy AU! this time for Stablehand Lucky, the shortest, grumpiest, and most unpleasant elf, but by god he's good with the prince's horses. and freespirited Felipe, with his head full of as well as the size of a strawberry. he has dragonfly wings and likes to zip around over ponds keepin em clean for the woodland creatures :)

also featuring Lucky being terrorized by his cousin Libra and her little beasties, as well as a cameo of Gabriel's design. he's enamoured by this tiny lil thang 🧚‍♂️ (Gabe is @darby-draws oc :))

Kingdumb AU, in which Drew gets gored by a boar during a hunting trip and he has a religious experience on the back of the cart, as he and the boar both bleed out together. he feels like they had bonded in this moment. :)

here's the aftermath of that thang, Levi and medieval doctor Teddy are concerned about him. its fine. answer his question??

more fantasy AU stuff, featuring some of the cast employed under prince Levi's estate!

Peaches is an orc knight, alongside imp Banschee and their little baby boy. Banschee and the baby don't live at the castle so Peaches goes to visit her lil family in town from time to time when she gets a break from her knightly duties.

Brent is a tailie (read: elf with fluffy tail, essentially) who found his calling as a jester. he is thriving being able to entertain and jangle around, and have access to the tastiest cheeses a prince can buy! :)

and thirdly we have fishman knight Emilio! he's gunning for Drew's job as the head knight in charge. it's not going to happen but a fishguy can dream can't he!

fantasy flavored AUs mean that your guys can be a little bit critter, right? yea i thought so :) here's Kingdumb AU Teddy!!

he works under Prince Levi's estate as a doctor, though he only has the position because his sister was the doctor before she passed. he watched her in her duties before so that's close enough right? its fine. i love this lil guy so much, he knows all about the humors, he swears.

Back at it again with a new AU! With the start of the new year we were looking back and realized we didn't really make any major AUs that changed the setting or genre for our guys in 2022. So.. New Year new AU! We've been jokingly calling it the Kingdumb AU, but it's a fantasy type world with lots of variety!

Here's a brief rundown of some roles so far! *featured in sketches

Levi - Prince engaged to Izzy, also in love with a stable boy

Lucky* - stable boy 😏

Drew* - one of Levi's knight

Brent* - cheese lover, cheese thief, damsel in distress, jester ???

Izzy* - Princess engaged to Levi, also in love with a court musician

Nathan - court musician 😏

Libra - "chicken" wrangler. The Chickens are Dragons.

Levi and Izzy's kingdoms have very different Horses (unicorns) for very different needs. Levi's are used for his knights, so they're hefty strong beasts. Izzy's kingdom uses dragon mounts so they have no need for that, their horses have been bred to be more dainty and ornamental. While most human designs are still works in progress, we've been having big fun with creature design!

As is tradition with most our collabs: @duck-n-clover did the lineart and @darby-draws did the coloring (plus a handful of bonus sketches tucked in)
