Jemma stared at the one of her heroes, the man was a legend...He knew about her....He'd heard of her.  He had been in the vincinity of a conversation that involved her!

"Hi," she finally breathed, her hand out to shake his.  She was obviously dumbstruck at meeting her idol.

"I'm sorry I've been away..." Bruce said with rare, but honest, regret in his voice. "I've missed you." (kingnerdling)

He looked over at him with a small smile and shrugged his shoulders. “You couldn’t help it.. I know. ” He said quietly even though he was hurt.

"Mr. Barton, I really don't care if you stalk me and bum around my lab. However, the least you could do is refill my coffee. /Before/ you contaminate the entire pot with your germs. Mind telling me what you are doing here anyways?" (kingnerdling)

He can't hear Bruce, but he knows the scientist is talking, but he wants to have a spot of fun, and isn't looking at Bruce. (He knows what the other man is saying, because he can read his lips, mostly) So, he just takes another sip from the coffee mug.
