I don't know about you, but that sounds exactly like something Bioware would come up with
I think the actual mission was something like “Renew your Inquisitor license” and you had a limited amount of time to find the correct office so the mission wasn’t without its tension. Many of the stairways were inaccessible or weirdly cordoned off or ended up not leading anywhere.
That and Solas was just going on and on about things that had no bearing on the plot or anything in Inquisition at all, like the rapid erosion of customer service and quality on airplanes (e.g. when they don’t give you free meals or pillows). Like he literally would not shut up.
I feel like mentioning that my nap dreams are 1000x more vivid than any others and usually influenced by what I was doing immediately before. In this case, I’ve been watching a lot of Red Dwarf lately.
