He had earned Titania’s reproach, a demanding, beautiful and dangerous queen. For all her scorn, bound in the midst, there existed love. It was the love, at times, that frightened him most. Indeed, he was bound, through ritual -- through blood and fire to her side. And he had chosen it.
❦
There was not a force that existed within the realms that could take it from him. He was as all fae were. Perhaps desperate for attention, It was, in part, responsible for the many he shared a bed with, yet, ever loyal to his wife. Through this, he found bliss, her understanding and courage to face adversity with such gentleness.--
❦
He found her side comforting, at times, like a child to his mother’s bosom. Then, at times, so much more to her bosom he’d happily admit. She was beautiful as sunlight and shadow. At times, he knew, he had to think of her as so much more than a queen. She was his lady fair. The queen of all fae and the mistress of Tir Na Nog.
❦
It was with playful demeanor he found her side, like a child at play, he could no longer remember where the two of them had come -- but he cherished this life that they lived. To be apart would be agony... and so never thought of it.
“Titania!” he bounded towards her, “Titania! Where were you?”

“Les’ see...over...under...around....” Ayana sat in a rather isolated, out of the way area of the anthill. Titania was busy and couldn’t see her right now, and none of the other fae wanted her around. So she went off on her own to wait and occupy herself.
Finding a pond, and taking a seat she was now using the flora around the pond to make a flower crown. The halfling desperately wanted to be accepted by the other fae, she was still young. Aya was struggling though, she didn’t want to accept they would never truly welcome her. The young woman had become completely absorbed in the flower crown and her thoughts, ignoring her surroundings so she didn’t hear Oberon’s footsteps at all. Though to be fair she didn’t know what his footsteps would have sounded like, since she didn’t know much about the king other than he existed from what Titania had told her.
