if u ever have the time, could you tell me more about mars? and perhaps what he would look like older

hoo boy i don’t even know where to start..hm

mars doesn’t know much about anything earth-related, so he’s constantly asking questions about this and that; he’s constantly in confusion. if he understands, he’ll say “oh.”-- he’s not very good at conversing. like at all. he’ll respond to everything with either a glance or a simple “oh.” 

when he learns how to speak the language of the other ghosts, which is english i assume (and becomes confident enough to say more than just “oh”), he speaks very formally. no contractions, no ellipses, none of that. he also seems to be unintentionally pessimistic at times.

he’s not too good at showing emotions either, but i suspect he’ll learn to eventually from hanging out with his fellow ghost friends.

mars has the ability to conceal himself (and traverse) in the shadows. if he’s in a public place with his friends, he will most likely stay in the shadows, despite persuasion. 

uhh what else.. if you ask me more specific questions, i’ll probably be able to answer them-- i apologize, i’m not good with ‘general’ stuff <:x

i drew a popplio today so i thought abt my boy charlie, so can i ask what he thinks about each of his friends

rikki: “he’s kinda weird– but in a good way!! oh no..would he be mad if i said that? he’s..um!! quirky!! yeah, that’s the one! please don’t be mad at me rikki! i think you’re a super cool friend! ”

rowan: “he worries a lot about me and the others! i think that’s really nice of him, you can tell he cares a lot! i think i worry a lot too…but worrying doesn’t make you any less of a very good friend!!”
