When I truly decided to leave the Underworld, I was still reeling from learning Nyx wasn't my birth mother. It was all I could think about.

While I loved Thanatos even then, I didn't think about how it would affect him until he confronted me. And to be honest, I didn't think he'd care that much, but when I saw him so torn up about me leaving, it killed me that I couldn't stay.

I remember falling.

the sky was grey and booming, rain pouring as I fell but it burned, I was burning.

the sky seemed angry, as if it was screaming at me. I remember feeling all these intense emotions of sorrow and dread and guilt.

then it all stopped, and I was cold, I hit the ground hard, the dark earthy mud covering me, chest heaving. I was in so much pain, my wings felt crushed and broken. My vision was fuzzy and it eventually all faded to black.

i remember guiding a group of fledglings that was assigned to me, they were my very first and i was extremely excited to help them grow

i recall teaching them all how to fly and i showed them the tricks i could do, it was warm, extremely warm and comforting

their laughter rang through the gardens as i taught those who were blessed with the gift of earth's development how to create their first plants

i remember the quiet whispers as i taught those who were to serve mother closer than others

those who i healed from injuries theyve acquired from creating stars

and those i taught to heal

and those who i read, sang, and told stories to when they were troubled and restless

i remember answering each of their questions oh so fondly

i remember watching them grow old, some of them physically looking older than i am, but then again that wouldnt be saying much since i looked to be around 15-17

but i watched them grow older

and i watched them fight in the war

I miss home with Gaia, I miss the wind on my face, the other gods. I miss the seas I now fear, the darkest depths my lungs can no longer reach, the knowledge I am stronger. But my body is weak and I am afraid.

Someone cared for me. I cannot remember them anymore, but they were so tender, so gentle. They were scared of my infinite power, but offered compassion nonetheless. 

When I fell to earth the humans took my wings and cut my hair, trying to swallow gold blood and taste power. I was robbed of my divinity for greed. 

And you found me, bloody and crying, awestruck and concerned. What was your name? Human life, so fragile and giving... what was your name? Did I give you my soul? Is this why I am here on this earth again? Did I entrust you with my Grace? 

I miss your cautious kindness, your delicate love.

Black hair, feminine, gothic, gravestones, corvids, roses, children of war, fog, mist. There's the scent of ozone around her, like just before a storm. She weeps tears of stone, not for the fallen around her, but for those in mourning. I believe she's a gravekeeper. Do you recognize her?

Aah I wanna yell somewhere... I'm getting some impressions/memories?? I've got very, very strong vibes as having been something of a knight? A protector for sure, might've even had armor... I also just have this strong thought of a hollow mountain (or somewhere deep underground?) stronghold that had a ton of little openings out to the world, dragons and human(oid)s living together? I wish I could describe it better, it's a beautiful image...
